Healthy Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup light butter
- 1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
- 1/4 cup light applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 72 Reese's Pieces
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix in a large bowl butter, peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar, and sugar.
- Beat eggs into mixture.
- Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda to mixture.
- Use a small ice cream scoop and a spoon to divide mixture into equal sizes onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Place 3 Reese's Pieces onto each cookie
- Put cookies in oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove cookies to a cooling rack.
